Our Karate & MMA program in Tampa offers Karate classes for kids and Karate/MMA classes for adults! Our Karate classes are designed to enrich and improve the lives of children ages 4 and up. Our curriculum of physical karate techniques is complimented by lessons taught in personal safety, stranger awareness, and bully avoidance.
